Panutsa Spicial

In all fairness, the panutsa (I didn't know it was spelled like this) was actually not that bad. Some might even say it is indeed spicial (I didn't know this was spelled that way either).

For those of you who do not know what panutsa is, it's some sort of peanut brittle only thicker. In ilonggo it's called bandi. I didn't know what panutsa was before this trip. Being raised in an ilonggo family (well, mostly ilonggo), I thought panutsa was big chunks of brown sugar.
